In addition to covering the principles of team building, the session will look at some examples of organisations who are adopting this approach. You will have the opportunity to do your own strengths spotting – including finding out what your top three energising strengths are, and how you can use them to maximise your contribution to a winning team.
Kim Gregory helps individuals and teams to develop via their energising strengths and has over 15 years’ experience as a trainer, facilitator and executive coach in the private sector. An MBA and a Chartered FCIPD, she is also a trainer and practitioner for Myers Briggs & EQi.
