Improve your proposal responses by experiencing the evaluator’s perspective.
Proposal writers are often urged to put themselves in the shoes of the reader. Unfortunately, the gap between would-be supplier and customer is wide; bidders don’t often get the chance to see the proposal from the evaluator’s perspective.
You will be invited to compare sample answers to a typical proposal question, assess the strengths and weaknesses of each and apply a score according to pre-set criteria. How would you justify the conclusions you reached? The discussion will highlight how the answers could have been developed to gain a better mark.
